        Kirsty Young.




Kirsty has worked in the care sector for 17 years.

She has been registered manager at Wisteria House Plymstock since opening in 2017, achieving a CQC 'outstanding' award on first inspection.

Kirsty has achieved her LMS level 5 qualification as well as many more along the way.

Kirsty began working for Louise at her first home, Wisteria House at Stoke, it was here she found her passion for care and true calling in life.

She has worked in every role within the care home and understands that everyone involved plays and integral part in making Wisteria House a place where people are happy to live and work.

' I strongly believe in leading by example and love nothing more than to close the office door and join my staff team to provide the exceptional quality of life for those who live at Wisteria. I pride myself in being open, honest and transparent in all aspects of my role. I empower my staff team to support the residents to continue living a fulfilled and joyful life, what is great healthcare without happiness?'

        Rachel Stoodley.




Rachel has worked in the care sector for 17 years.

For 10 of those in a variety of senior roles supporting the management team and developing her own management skills.

Rachel has achieved her LMS level 5, and has picked up many other qualifications along the way.

Rachel is responsible for all aspects of healthcare including overseeing the care team, medications, helping and advising visiting professionals such as district nurses and doctors.

Rachel strives to ensure both physical and emotional wellbeing for those living at Wisteria House.

She always has a hug to offer and a smile on her face!
